My career began as an engineer with Rolls-Royce, leading to a journey across industries, countries, and leadership roles—including Director of Engineering, Business Development, and CEO. I’ve worked in sectors ranging from aerospace and component manufacturing to energy and decarbonization, gaining hands-on experience in tackling complex challenges and delivering transformative solutions.
Drawing on this diverse background and an extensive toolbox, I use my skills to support product development from research to execution, align and integrate business strategy, and help develop high-performing teams that evolve with changing needs.
